I Love It but I Hate It

Restoration - I love it but I hate it too.  We'll be spending time getting our home into shape to put on the market, but the process is so messy.  I hate messy.  Today my favorite handyman started patching the cracks in the kitchen ceiling and walls.  Our home is made of plaster - so that means layer after layer of new plaster needs to be applied with sanding in between.  Everything in the house has a layer of plaster dust on it - can't be avoided!  Hopefully the kitchen mess will be done this weekend so we can move on to the fun part - making it look fabulous!  Unfortunately, there will be more messy stuff when we move to the living room - more cracks to be re-plastered! UGH!
